Weldable steel stiffeners for Jeep Cherokee XJ unibody models.
These stiffeners are plasma cut from 3/16ths steel and designed to run the full length of the "frame rails" of the Cherokee XJ. Strength and rigidity come from welding the series of circular holes cut into each piece. ROC DOG Fabrication also includes an extra piece intended to reinforce the inside of the frame where the steering box box bolts to the vehicle. The addition of steel pieces that weld to the frame rails under the seats allows for a stable attachment of sliders instead of just welding to the thin stamped steel unibody
